Malaysia, from the Mega City to the untouched nature. Malaysia inspired us, because it is the country of superlatives. Beautiful world heritage sites from the colonial era, most of the cookshops, which spoiled us with culinary delights from many cultures.Muslim culture lives here in harmony with Hindu and Buddhist culture, and so you will find beautiful Hindu and Buddhist temples alongside lush mosques. Rainforest and next door the megacities Kuala Lumpur and Georgetown. Contrasts that make a trip to Malaysia so incredibly different. Hidden and beautifully decorated cave temples and not to forget the wilderness on Borneo with urangutans and proboscis monkeys.
We took two and a half weeks and would have liked to spend even more time on Borneo.

@Holly Riemann Hier sind deutlich mehr Menschen unterwegs als in Melakka, hier leben aber auch mehr 😅 Ansonsten kaum Touristen, schon garnicht aus Europa.
